With a focus on sustainability and enhancing food security, the sustainability campus will address the increasing need for food storage, contribute to economic growth, and preserve and enhance Guelph's natural environment. Over 22,000 plantings will enhance the natural heritage system, and Guelph's tree canopy while providing habitat for local wildlife.

• NewCold's facilities are about 50% more energy efficient than traditional warehouses.

• Created and existing green space will be enhanced with a variety of plant species, to supported the ecosystem and create habitats for wildlife.

• Enhanced regional food storage and security.
State-of-the-Art Truck Yard Management System
